Roxane Hemard
Originally from France and Switzerland, Roxane holds a Bachelor's degree from Sarah Lawrence College in New York, where her academic focus centred on 17th and 18th-century European paintings. She received an MA in Italian Renaissance paintings, specialising in Venetian art, from the Courtauld Institute in London in the summer of 2023.
Roxane has previously worked with Rennert’s Gallery in New York, Galerie des Moderne in Paris, and Adam Williams Fine Art, a New York-based gallery specialising in Old Master paintings. Over the past two years, she has worked at TEFAF Maastricht with Adam Williams as well.
In October 2023, Roxane joined Emma Rutherford and the Limner Company, assisting in research, exhibition preparation and overseeing the management of the website, newsletter and Instagram.
She has recently written two blogs ‘Jean-Étienne as Enamellist’ and ‘Women wearing Women’ for the Limner Company website.
